Join us for 25 years of showcasing many of the Triangle's finest, restaurants, caterers, and purveyors of fine wines and specialty beers in an evening of culinary splendor and excitement. This signature event brings more than 1,300 guests together each year to enjoy impressive cuisine, fantastic auction items, and the opportunity to win exciting prizes all to benefit a worthwhile cause.

Restaurant Competition

Six awards are given out to participating restaurants each year at the Toast.  These awards recognize outstanding dishes, presentations, and displays provided by some of the areas top dining establishments.

All participants are eligible for the People's Choice Award, in which guests vote for their favorite restaurant.  The remaining awards are voted on by local judges with professions ranging from chefs to food critics to culinary instructors.  All participant booths will be judged for Best Visual Theme.  Restaurants may also enter one or several items into the following competitions: Best First Course, Best Entree, and Best Dessert.  All food entries are judged for Best Presentation.
